The story alternates between past and present time. Where the past shows their struggle for becoming an IAS at old Rajendra Nagar and present talks about the aftermath. I can suggest that this  is a series worth watching.

REVIEW

The very first shot shows the present situation in which Abhilash, an IAS officer who educates the crowd about the proper way to dispose a drinking water bottle. He explains that we have to press a cap and put it in the water bottle and then throw it after using so that it can save people from drinking contaminated water as somepeople use the  same poorly bottle and fill it with tap water  which can be hazardous for our lives. This very scene captivates the viewers to continue watching the series.

Now come the SK character he is a teacher who is teaching UPSC ASPIRANTS and explains that we can change our country in two ways:

  1. One from Low level that includes, workers, farmers, and revolutionists.
  2. And other one from the top-level that is IAS, IPS, and IRS

Then in his class, he asks hisstudents a question "why will you become an IAS"? Why not someone sitting next to you?

Every student gives a different answer then at the end he explains that for becoming an IAS officer you need three things:

  1. Patience
  2. Perseverance
  3. Dedication

Then most amazing line said by SK is that for becoming an IAS officer you have to be a tortoise not a rabbit because at the end tortoise wins the race, from this line he wants to convey that for becoming an IAS you need to do consistent study and need patience. Moreover, he explains the ground reality of old Rajendra Nagar that here you will  hear countless stories of emotions, hopes, and disappointments. Some stories start and end but some stories create history. He also explains why UPSC made such a tough exam for us. It is because they want the pressure to become your habit and the preparation makes pressure a part of your lifestyle because, in the end, you have to handle the world's biggest and complex democracy.

Now, comes  Guri's character who is a businessman and you will see a funny conversation between Guri and SK where Guri gifts a pair of shoes to SK which is not branded. By their conversation, you can predict that there is some misunderstanding between Guri and Abhilash which  you will get to know in later episodes.

Here comes a cut scene to past time where you can see Abhilash, Guri and Sk are three UPSC aspirants and good friends.

They were popularly known as "Tripod". Here Abhilash was so confused about choosing his subject in the last attempt. He wanted to choose History but everyone confused him by giving their suggestion and  you will get shocked when you will see a tea seller suggesting him to choose Agriculture subject instead of History.

FUNNY PART: A new character popularly known as Hunny Singh in web series he was singing a song on LBSNAA ....

Some lines are.

This is LBSNAA

Crack it or leave it...

This part will make you happy.

You will also see a little dispute between Uncle Ji ( house owner where Abhilash live) and Abhilash about TV.

Then in the present  Guri is seen telling his friend SK that he is going to get married. Then SK creates a WhatsApp group and invites all his college friends including Abhilash to Guri's marriage. But Guri gets upset about inviting Abhilash on his marriage. This enhances your curiosity about the show.

Then another cut scene from past shows  w Guri being drunk alcohol and suggests choosing his subject...

He gives a horn sound.

pao....pao....pao....

which gently attracts your attention.

Then at the terrace, he met Sandeep Bhaiya who is very humble,  he asks Abhilash "What is a Bureaucrat"?

Then he explains to Abhilash that an IAS is a servant of the public who will have to serve selflessly towards them.

Abhilash replied, but many people become IAS for power,

But in a very polite way, Sandeep  replies that there are two meanings of power one is "power lights the bulb and brings light to the life of people and otherone power can also electrocute and kill people ..."

So you have to decide how you will use power.

From this long conversation between Abhilash and Sandeep Bhaiya, he learnt many things from Sandeep bhaiya. One is not only an IAS who serve for the country but also from a tea seller to the businessman, from a Sportsman to Spiritual Guru and from Farmer to Tax payer everyone serves for the country.

Then Sandeep bhaiya relates the subject to girlfriend and explains to him that he has to love his subject and give full dedication in studying that subject he also explains that he can make history after changing his subject in the last attempt.

After his conversation with Sandeep bhaiya, he  understands that he will be going to choose the History subject. It was his final decision.

So basically this whole episode teaches us that if we have a will in doing something then first we have to believe in ourselves instead of listening to others opinion.
