F.R.I.E.N.D.S  reunion is probably the most anticipated and awaited thing. To be precise, it has been 16 years since the last episode (season 10)premiered and you'll it's finally here. Its the next big thing that you will see happening as they are all over the internet nowadays. Though it was confirmed back in February 2020, both by the cast and HBO but the production was put to hold due to covid-19.

But Thankfully, now there is nothing that could possibly stop the F. R. I. E. N. D. S special to air as the dates have been confirmed and the official trailer is also out on HBO Max. 

When will Friends reunion special air? 

The Friends reunion special will air on HBO Max on May 27.

The shoot started in March and was completed by April 11 according to Matthew Perry.

Friends insight  

The Friends instagram page also informed the fans about the shoot and captioned,"That's a wrap! Could we be anymore excited!?". But seriously we could not have been more excited as there is no other news like this one. 

The designer of the original series also took his insta page to give us sneak peek of Monica geller's iconic purple apartment. 

Last year too, Lisa Kudrow told an interviewer, quote, 'the 6 of us haven't been in the same room for 25 years except one time which was a private dinner'. Well, now they're all  together and it's gonna be amazing or as Monica would say, ' I KNOW'. RIGHT. 

Special appearances 

There are no changes in the original cast as all the stars, Jennifer Aniston, Courtney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt Le Blanc, 

Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer have been confirmed through the trailer released prior. 

In the trailer, we also saw Maggie Wheeler who played Janice in the famous sitcom saying the three magical words, that's right, it was the iconic, "OH MY GOD" and Monica's unforgettable love Richard played by Tom Selleck could also be seen. 

The much awaited friends reunion episode has so many special guests which includes the given below. 

What will the friends reunion be about? 

HBO Max explained in a statement," Lastly, in order to avoid any misunderstanding about what the special is, we want to make it clear that this is not a new, original episode of the series. The cast will be appearing as themselves not as their beloved character." 

The cast is going to share insights of the show. It's pure nostalgia for the cast as well as for the fans and moreover like they never left. These 6 are the friends that we had and will have forever. 

F. R. I. E. N. D. S   is the most iconic sitcom that nobody could ever get enough off.
