Based on the bestselling novel ' The Fault In Our Stars by John Green of 2012. Dil Bechara is a story of two youngsters fighting cancer named kizie (Sanjana Sanghi) and Manny (Shushant Singh Rajput). It is a story of two ordinary people with extraordinary love. Both facing many twists and turns in their lives.

So without wasting any time let's jump deep into the story, story starts with a thyroid cancer patient Kizie Basu who is living her life depending on an oxygen cylinder. But her ambitions are as big as that of an ordinary girl which includes making a smart and handsome life partner and wanted to listen to the uncompleted song of her favorite singer ( Ambhimanyu Veer). As time passes away it acts as a devil and enhances kizie towards death. At the next moment you will see, Manny whose smiling and charming face makes you feel happy and forces you to stick on the T.V. screen till the very end. Besides his lovely smile, Manny has his own life story- he has survived osteosarcoma and his cancer is currently in remission. Their meeting takes a U-turn in their lives. Slowly and slowly their bond becomes stronger and as their chemistry grows up they start forgetting their disease and living a new life that is filled with love. their life seems to be a colorful painting. It is somewhere a pure love story that strikes deep into your heart. Manny in spite of suffering his disease trying to make every effort just to see a smile on Kizie'a face and one of the efforts is he decided to go out to fulfill Kizie's wish of meeting her favorite musician. She has fallen for him, too. But little does she know that a tragic twist in the tale awaits her. Even the story ends, Shushant Singh Rajput's loving, charming and innocent face never fades from your mind and heart. Although, this is the last film of Shushant Singh Rajput his shining eyes in the movie tell more than that of so-called scripted dialogues. And moreover, his brilliant moves in one shot title track make the movie fabulous, Sanjana Sanghi made a debut from this film and comes out with a confident and outstanding performance. A soundtrack by A.R. Rehman boost up the movie with songs such as Khulke Jeene Ka, Taare Ginn, and the title track Dil Bechara. In the end, Dil Bechara is an emotional and lovely story conveying a message to us that
